AMAZON MUSIC
In 2023 – which marked the 50th Anniversary of Hip-Hop – Amazon Music was a somewhat sleeper in the streaming game. As such, they wanted to prove to music lovers that their platform was the place to be – for the 50th Anniversary and beyond.
In other words: They wanted to show out. So we concepted a comprehensive, multi-channel campaign comprising Amazon's unsung offerings to do just that.
We won their business with our "Hip-Hop to the World" campaign, which included an anthemic hype video I wrote [below]. I also co-wrote (and sourced music for) the campaign teaser, a sentimental musing on Hip-Hop's impact on the world [right].
